Next week we head back to school. I say "we", but it really is just the 10 year old and the 6 year old who are heading back to school. I am just the chief organiser!
The end of school term always arrives with a sigh of relief for me. Mainly for the reason that I get a break from making packed lunches. And I hate making packed lunches. Here is why
In our gluten free days this included lots of baking and home made items. Now we are no longer gluten free this includes lots of items which try and keep as whole-food as possible, whilst making minimum effort for mum.
Here are some tips I have picked up, learned or just figured out to keep sane in the packed lunch world!
To help some ideas I have put together a one week packed lunch plan, including shopping lists, pantry list and recipes. They are designed to be printed out double sided you can pin it to the fridge to keep everyone happy!
You can download the packed lunch plan HERE, and stay tuned as more weeks are added over the next few days. Enjoy :)

Gut bugs fascinate me. Diet and gut bugs intrigue me. Cooking is essential. Add them all together and you get a fairly interesting opinion on life! In my humble opinion.
